Supply Chain Specialist - GETM

Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing the supply chain related day-to-day operations with the customers and the head office for the counties allocated to them. Must ensure adherence to the distribution contracts and standard operating procedures. Meet the annual To-Market Sales targets.
Area of Responsibility
- Provide accurate and timely rolling order forecasts for allocated markets per agreed timeline.
- Maintain the projected inventory report and provide the customers with the demand planning calculation and recommended orders report based on the inventory management policy.
- Ensure timely submission of sales / purchase orders in SAP and collection of distributor purchase orders for allocated markets.
- Trace and Track purchase and sales orders and ensure timely processing.
- Local Sales Reporting - Collect local sales and inventory report timeously.
- Inventory Management - distributor holding policy adherence, avoid stock out / write offs.
- Prepare the Lost Net Sales report and other reports as required by the global head office for the allocated markets.
- Coordinate the shipments with the logistics specialists as required.
- Coordinate with the regulatory affairs team on new launches, product variations for allocated markets.
- Support in the preparation of annual To-Market-Sales (TMS) budget and quarterly updates for the allocated markets.
- Item master review and accuracy for SKUs under their responsibility.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office package (Excel/Word/PP).
- Outlook.
- ERP.
- Demand Forecasting tool.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of supply chain background, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
