- Start, run, warm-up expeller machine before the first roast and ensure the expeller machine Functioning daily. - Responsible to start run conveyor cooling system for oil residue. - Weigh the quantity of unfiltered oil record the unfiltered oil tank number. - Responsible to receive, store and deliver items according to the set standard procedures. - Responsible to ensure unfiltered oil tank cover with properly. - Responsible in maintaining expeller machine in good repair and to ensure that is in good running condition. - After process expelling, responsible to perform the cleaning and sanitizing procedure as well as to ensure that rubbish and rejected items are disposed off properly. - Responsible for good personal hygiene as well as sanitary handling of all items related to food and to follow the procedures accordingly. - Perform other duties as and when instructed by Superior. - Perform other duties stipulated as per ISO22000:2018 requirements.
