Your challenges within the role will be:
Handle escalated security incidents throughout the lifecycle.- Take appropriate actions for incident containment, eradication and recovery.
- Develop, review and maintain SOC Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to the highest standards.
- Support and train Tier 1 engineers.

- AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
- SC-900 Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
- MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
