About Our Client
Our client is an international not-for-profit organization with a great mission having a significant impact on many people. Their office is located in the east of Brussels, easily reachable by public transport.
Job Description
As Philanthropy, Events & Communication Coordinator, you support your team with a wide variety of activities:
- Event management from A to Z including logistics arrangements, catering, develop sponsorship packages etc.
- Help develop and execute campaigns
- Support the communication department by keeping them up-to-date about campaigns and events
- Welcome and guide visitors
- Administrative support; follow up of emails; budget management; help manage the CRM tool etc
The Successful Applicant
- You have a heart for people
- You have a previous working experience in event management
- You have an excellent oral & written English language level with good notions of French or Dutch
- You are solution- & detail-oriented
- You are an autonomous team player with strong organizational skills
