Training & Communications Intern with French [Poland]

What you will do:
  • Execute end user trainings for French P2P teams
  • Preparing the communications regarding P2P Transformation trainings
  • Partner with the Core Team on creation and maintenance of training content.
  • Translate technical aspects of the P2P Transformation program into easily understood messaging to ensure an effective delivery method that properly secures the desired knowledge transfer to the audience.
  • Leverage digital solutions to deliver training and strengthen the change management plan
  • Follow-up on appropriate communication KPIs and report progress.
  • Work closely with the COUPA (Procurement Software) Functional Admin to ensure changes needed on training

Qualifications:
If you have:
  • Studying in the field of Business Management in related field (HR/Economy/Finance/Project Management) area
  • Interest in trainings, making presentations, engaging with different internal stakeholders
  • Experience in corporate environment (communication, digital tools) or teaching/tutoring experience
  • Self-driven / motivated individual with strong communication
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office and understands the basics on Project Management.
  • Strong English and French communication skills, written and oral (minimum B2-C1 level)
  • Available for 3-6 months internship, 25+ hours per week
