- Lead the team to create the meaningful & impactful "Seasonal Tip Off" for our store athletes then impact the business result, and recognize & energize them seasonally.
- Drive the great partnership across teams in GEO and cluster to co-own STO.
- Be a key window to connect with global NAX team to adapt global athlete programs to support GC athlete development. Feedback GC resource needs to global NAX, drive global support to GC.
- Build & develop "Sport Ambassador" at store to support FOP strategy and serve our consumer, keeps abreast of market trends on retail service & experience required skills on athlete.
- Drive and build coach mindset to our SMT on driving store target and coaching store athlete by "Be A Coach" program at retail.
- Strong understanding of retail & people training.
- Retail operations and consumer experiences acumen.
- Event/ROS design/management experience.
- Team/people management, budget management.
- Strong leadership.
- Strong team player with good communication and presentation skills.
- Passionate about sports and developing people.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English languages.
